My wife and I recently went to  the Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek for the first time.  We were very impressed with the staff and the doctor through the whole process.

The reception staff were very welcoming, courteous, efficient and professional. Actually that goes for all the staff.  The various tests, using modern instrumentation, were done thoroughly, efficiently like clockwork,  and were more extensive than we can remember from those of another clinic.

Dr. Felicia De Rubeis was absolutely wonderful! As we are both seniors, she patiently explained  the results of the various tests, answered our questions and addressed all our concerns. She has a wealth of knowledge in optometry particularly as it  relates to our other health conditions.

The clinic has a wide selection of glasses that were priced competitively.

We left knowing that we were in very good hands. It was quite obvious  that all the staff and the doctors have a passion for excellence,  dealing patiently with their patients and taking the time to ensure that their patients are satisfied.

This Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek was definitely worth the drive from Niagara on the Lake. I highly recommend this clinic and give it a 5+ star.

I have always had excellent service at the Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek. Staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

I like that they take the time with their customers to pick the right frame and even in the past, I've had them take a photo so I can see what I look like wearing the frames instead of having my face right up to the mirror.

Dr. De Rubeis and his staff are the best. After spending years from doctor to doctor trying to manage a very complex medical condition, an eye specialist referred me to who he considered to be the best optometrist in the area, and luckily Dr Derubeis agreed to see me. My experience has been amazing, the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, and more importantly patient and compassionate he takes the time to explain everything in details, to answer my questions and even address any concern I may have,  no matter how busy he is i can always find an appointment to see him when needed.
The technology and equipment he uses its truly impressing, I feel examinations are detailed and thorough.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Been going here for a couple of years now, the staff are always very friendly.  They are fast and efficient and keep on-time almost all the time.  It's the way optometry should be.   My Optometrist Dr. McAlear is really great to deal with, me and my spouse really appreciate his personable approach.  He's never rushed and takes the time to explain everything to you.  Really can't say enough good things about this place!  Thanks guys.
